HOW WE FUNCTION
MSPN is operated under the control of its Board of Directors. The MSPN Board meets regularly to ensure progress towards aims and objectives is maintained. Operational plans are reviewed by the board at regular meetings. The board is supported by an executive officer who will progress the aims of the network and further develop the organisation.
The executive officer can be contacted at email@example.com.
There are currently two geographical sub-groups who support the operational aims of MSPN; one based in the North and one in the South of the region. Occupational sub-groups are in operation to support and engage with the skills agenda of The Marches. These sub-groups currently cover Engineering, Social Care and Construction
Members are invited to attend MSPN meetings on a bi-monthly basis. Meetings for the whole network are held in Ludlow twice annually; January (for the General Meeting) and July, with North region meetings held in Shrewsbury or Telford and South region meetings held in Hereford in March, May, September and November. These meetings offer an opportunity to network and hear current industry relevant issues and opportunities presented by a range of members and invited guests.
